By accessing or using the Iconus Tech Check Fraud Detection API and related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

Iconus Tech provides check fraud detection and prevention services, including but not limited to:

• Check registration and SHA-256 hash generation
• QR code verification for check authenticity
• AI-powered fraud risk assessment
• Integration with accounting platforms (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
• Real-time check verification API

Your use of the API is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier:

Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary suspension of API access.

You agree to:

• Keep your API keys confidential and secure
• Not share API keys with unauthorized parties
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Services

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• SHA-256 encryption for all check data
• TLS 1.3 for all API communications
• SOC 2 Type II compliant infrastructure
• Regular security audits and penetration testing

Iconus Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
